Hot! BMW @ CES 2015

Not by any stretch of the imagination is an M Performance model an "M product". Utter marketing claptrap, and I own an M Performance model.

M Performance models eg. M135i, M235i, M550d, X5/X6 M50d are considered as M models by BMW marketing & sales dept., and they are marketed as such (as a part of M program). The M Performance vehicle sales are also included in the total M GmbH annual sales figures. So ... that's how it is. Don't shoot the messenger. ;)

Which is what I've just said. It's marketing nonsense. Sticking an M badge on the boot and saying it's "tweaked" by M does not make it an M product. Period. Just because BMW would like people to think it is, it doesn't make it true.

Not only current and new 7 interior in one pic here we have also the current interior combined with a freestanding screen. :)

Holy crap I didn't even notice :bangin:

What's the size of the screen, looks to be pulled out straight off a G11

Another pic of a current model, in this case a F11, combined with the next generation of iDrive for testing purposes. :)

One comment to the article above at bimmertoday.de was the question referred to the size of the screen. The answer in another comment was 12,3 inch. I don't know if this size were already posted anywhere or if this size is really correct.
Maybe anybody can confirm the size or has further information to this point. :)
