Maybe some of you will ask is it really necessary to make a thread about a new dealer. And i say not generally. But because of the size of this new one is it maybe interesting. Thank you for your understanding.
BMW AG to open new mega dealership in Berlin...
On May 10th & 11th, 2014 - BMW AG will hold a grand opening of their new premiere factory run dealership in Berlin's Charlottenburg district.
BMW spent 65 -million-euro's for the construction project. Over 300 employees will work here. The new location will replace BMW's next closets dealership which is 45 years old. The new building will be able to display: BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad and also the new i-brand cars (i3 & i8).
BMW customer's can see the car exhibition of 50 New Cars, 200 Used Cars and 200 BMW motorcycles and 15 maxi-scooters.
Overall, designed by architect Peter Lanz complex in Berlin-Charlottenburg consists of three different buildings: BMW is forming as an interpretation of the Berlin block with an anodized aluminum facade on the corner of Imperial Dam and Fair Dam, while the MINI as a black , cubic solitaire (building) located on the north side Kaiserdamm Strasse. The BMW motorcycle center is divided south of the BMW branch in extended spindle direction to the famous Berlin radio tower.
"The new office makes an important and indispensable contribution to Berlin as a cultural and sports capital . The new branch is thus also a symbol of a successful future," says Frank Henkel , Mayor and Senator for Interior and Sports of the State of Berlin.
Roland Krüger, Head of Sales Germany , reaffirms the commitment of the BMW Group: "Berlin is the BMW Group is a strategically important location . With the construction of our new branch, we want to give our brands BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad an even stronger presence in the capital. "
With the timely opening in April 2014, the new office will become an attractive center of attraction at the traffic junction between Emperor dam and Dam Trade and invites all Berliners to visit.
