LED technology is the future so is normal that the BMW is using this
Pity that the BMW is so backwards in this tech.

BTW When you must compare, compare to this:
concept to concept ;)

I voted for the 4er.

I think I am a bit biased with this one, as the 4er came after a series of BMW concept and production models out of which I liked none. And this 4er was finally something I loved from the first picture, which is something I felt last time when the F10 came out.

Model-wise, I am more of a 3er coupe guy, rather than a 6er guy, but this poll is not about this, it's about the impact, if I may, of these two. And the 4er had a bigger impact on me, compared to the 6er.

Both looks almost the same.
BTW Another pointless vote.

Care to explain why? Or you think it's pointless, just because these two concepts look the same to you?

Voted for the 4 because it is by far the better looking of the two in my opinion.
The interior is a different story though.

I really hate to say it, but the 4er gets my vote. It corrects some of my only problems with the 6er (a bit bloaty, wafty looking, which also ads to its calm elegance VS the 4er, however).

The interior of the 4 looks like it'll get crushed by the 6, however.

Also, I'm SO happy to see BMW get back to cutting down the front overhangs. The 6ers overhang is a joke it's so large, IMO it would have looked better if they cut it down 2-3 inches since the hood is already so exaggeratedly long, it can get away with it. The 4er doesn't have that problem....

IMO mid sized cars like the 3/4 series always like better, more balanced that cars from a size or two up. I reckon its to do with the wheelbase vs overhang ratio to their respective heights.
