Just to clearify about you tires thing. You do know that the tires on the HUMVEE can withstand a barrage of bullets...and that's technology from the 80s. Keeping that in mind Tumbler's tires construction would've been a blend of Rubber/steel/rubber/steel, etc. to give it rigidity and strenght. Remember...it's fiction. It's supposed to be a VERY advanced bridging vehicle, capable of jumping 100+feet.

The wheels of a car are sensitive. They are attached to the body by moving parts, so it's a fragile thing. Even if the tyre itself is resistant, it's nothing like a good solid-metal bumper to crush walls. It's utter crap to have naked wheels like that for a "tough" vehicle.

That's why I say, even if this tractor is supposed to look like it could work, to look somehow "real", it just fails. It's neither as beautiful as the first Batmobiles, nor looking like it could be a real advanced army vehicle.

Well the thing as, like in the movies, the thing is designed to go off-road not break through concrete. So not having a front bumper is exactly what allows it to go places no ordinary car can.

Okay, then:
1) the front wheels are not off-road enough and will loose directionnal power at the first real mud, and
2) why put the front wheels so close one from another? To go on the roof at the first real angle, destroy the myriad of wings, and make the car unable to drive fast (eg. more than 30kmh) anymore?
3) To go off-road you have to see where you're going...
4) good, you have a great front ground clearance. What about the side? No way it can pass anything as big as the front, making the lack of bumper useless.

Use a good old bumper, matted to a pneumatic suspension able to raise the car to have more ground clearance... But maybe it's a bit too sci-fi?

And in the first Batman with this car, Returns, he spend all its time breaking through concrete but never goes really off-road... Imagine this thing against a wall or another car, the wheels will be rip apart in pieces.

So it's neither beautiful, nor credible.

Aww, I like the very first Batmobile much better. The 1988-89 one? Yep.

Batman is my favorite superhero .

And everyone around me thinks they're Batman, Jesus. (lol)

I hope he copyrighted/patented/etc. that term to the max.
