Just to clearify about you tires thing. You do know that the tires on the HUMVEE can withstand a barrage of bullets...and that's technology from the 80s. Keeping that in mind Tumbler's tires construction would've been a blend of Rubber/steel/rubber/steel, etc. to give it rigidity and strenght. Remember...it's fiction. It's supposed to be a VERY advanced bridging vehicle, capable of jumping 100+feet.
The wheels of a car are sensitive. They are attached to the body by moving parts, so it's a fragile thing. Even if the tyre itself is resistant, it's nothing like a good solid-metal bumper to crush walls. It's utter crap to have naked wheels like that for a "tough" vehicle.
That's why I say, even if this tractor is supposed to look like it could work, to look somehow "real", it just fails. It's neither as beautiful as the first Batmobiles, nor looking like it could be a real advanced army vehicle.
