"The new Porsche Carrera GTS has reached its aim: It wins the Drivetrain-chapter and sets a new bar in handling. But nevertheless it is only placed 2nd. The GTS is simply too expensive and not very spacy-it also has a poor safety equipment. The BMW M4 is a deserved winner. It is good both in everyday driving and on the racetrack-and it has a fair price. The Lexus RC F is the third winner. It does everything right, but nothing better than Porsche and BMW. It lacks a good finishing and it is too heavy."

Translated to English by myself, hope you understand something:)

Sorry double thread, please remove.
I am not used to post here:(

I can choose the M4 here and the GTS in the other thread. Perfect.

Even when you exclude the Pricing advantage of the M4 over the GTS, the Beemer still comes out on top in points. Of course outright performance the Porsche is better. An 80 year old would draw the same conclusion just by look at the shape and size of the GTS vs the M4.

Agreed, the GTS is a true sports car and the M4 is a coupe for 4 adults and a proper boot.

The M4 CSL/GTS will kill off every single 911 south of the GT3 on the track. No doubt whatsoever.

It got a bit out classed as it stands. I was particularly surprised by how the GTS pulls away from the M in a straight line.

That track-chart is full of mistakes... the topspeeds on the Start/Finish line are wrong, not to mention the fact that they switched the speeds of the M4 and RC F everywhere... :cautious:

I've come to really like the M4 and looking forward to variants of it to come. My only quibble with it is some aspect of its interior, specifically the open cup holder area. Hopefully the LCI can address that. But I'm nit picking :).
I wouldn't get the Lexus, simply not my cup of tea and too heavy. In a perfect world I'd have both the 911GTS and an M3/4. If I can only have one, then it would be the 911GTS.

I was wondering how the heck the RC F could be faster and set a slower lap time :D

Make that two now, Autocar and AZ and sometimes ABSports :bag:
