The Q7 is a good SUV. I personally don't find it very attractive, but each person has their own opinion on that. One of their reason they stated for winning was that fact that it is roomy, now is that because it is a 7 passenger SUV as opposed to the other three that only hold 5? It is though quite impressive that the driving dynamics of such a big car seem to be so good.
What I really would like to see is a head-to-head between the Q7 and the GL.

Its obvious that the Q7 is the best luxury SUV out there because Autozeitung said so....but that doesn't mean we have to agree...
I do concur that the Touraeg does seem a lil dated looking now since the Q7 and the new ML have emerged. Maybe it looks a a bit plain in the sheet metal, but I just drove one last weekend and it was quite nice inside.

well here is my comment...
the q7 is a size larger so it should be compared to the GL.. it can compete with the GL in terms of design to..cause they both are pretty ugly..
the ML is on another level of beauty..haha

My friend test drove a new X5 the other day. And he was in heaven after that. He said it was the best car he had driven so far....
Then, he tesdrove the Q7 4.2 today. And he said that the car blew him away. He never would dream it would feel, look and handle so much better then the Beemer. And that guy is a BMW fan also....

Well at least you're saying you like a car you have seen!
When I saw the car, the front was alright, but the rest of the car looked huge, and didn't try and hide its size at all well! Also the rear looked like a lump! Guess we all have different tastes, and that's why the Q7 is such a big seller!
