[Autozeitung] Test data: Jaguar beating a BMW's laptime??!!!

The heavier XF Super V8 is 1.3s faster than 550i.
It has huge 285/30ZR20 wheels.
550i has 225/50ZR17 wheels.
They both have the same Slalom speed (61.7km/h).
XF brakes better than 550i too.

What do you think the reason is?
Is it true that XF beats 550i??

Tyres. Goodyear NCT= less resistance, less fuel consumption, less grip, P Zero= we all know how good they are

I think it's time that AMS will bring a test of the new 550i as well.

In the above test, 550i and E500 had similar laptimes. I also have another test in which 550i is 1.2s faster with Michelin pilot tires:

So, are Goodyear Eagle tires that bad at the track?
