Vs Autocar: RS4 vs Cayman vs M3 CS vs SLK 55

Third article I've read about the same cars(not always the same Benz) w/ the same outcome.:t-banghea I'd like to see a shake up come along, where for once the underdog is the winner.
I can appreciate your sentiments. For my part though, as a person whose genes are intertwined with those of MB, so to speak, in other words, whatever happens, MB is always part of my family, it does not bother me to see the SLK55 come in last in this comparison, or similar comparisons. You may think I am close to brain dead for thinking like this but to me the SLK55 AMG is still a different kind of car. A car that you cruise on the beachfront road with the top-down when it's sunny and when you get on the freeway you'll let the others check your tail-lights only and the badge that is on the trunk. Personally, to satisfy the desire for the little sporty car that I don't need, but still want, I don't aspire to have a car like the SLK and therefore am thinking about their cousins from the north side of Stuttgart for the ultimate all-round great handling car.

Its a shame they didnt have a Z4M Roadster or Coupe :(

I have a feeling the out come would have been the same even if they did have the M coupe. The M coupe would probably be faster round the track and in a strait line but I'm guessing the steering feel isnt up to par with the Caymen because the M3 CS is probably the best car BMW has ever made in terms of steering feel.

P.S. Too bad they didnt use the CLK 63!!
