The Steering Wheel is pure perfection.

It’s a veteran of fresh air to see physical switch gear and now a sea of gloss black plastics.

The pop up screen is a work of art. Very smooth. The whole interior is actually fantastic, with no piece of hard shiny black plastic in sight, and a full 180 on the presence of all those screens they have now.

Truly impressed overall by this car, well done Audi. Even dig the grille after giving it some time. This could be even better without the concept parts, with a normal rear window and side windows.

The good thing it’s 1 car two concepts. Both Coupe and Roadster. No need for an afterthought. Ambitious considering the market is evaporating. Will cars like this spun a revival? I wonder how Porsche is currently feeling? As this is technically the 718 Boxster/Cayman.

I can’t get excited by it because the production version will likely look bloated and have a heavy mid section like the A6 + cost more than a used Taycan but with less range.

The batteries are behind the occupants, not below. Same as the upcoming 718.

That's not a rumour.

That's been well known since 2023 or even older when 718 EV development started. NOT a skateboard platform, but stacked batteries behind seats for the MR weight balance.

Does this guy like anything ever?
I used to like watching his videos since there aren’t many people that do car design videos but at this point he’s just hating on everything new.
He thinks every single car should have an emotional and organic design, which is such a boring concept.
Then he goes on and makes these “redesign” videos, essentially making them look so much worse . Never seen a good redesign from him at all.
