A4/S4/RS4 Audi techs telling me not to get an RS4..

Hi Gang..
As some of you may know, my RS6 came from the factory with a problem that causes the boost to cut off when a certain set of unknown conditions are met.. They have sent every tech they have to try and fix it, but so far, no go.. This last time they finally sent two experts from the factory in Germany to have a go.. the jury is still out as they still are working on it.. However, an interesting thing happened while I was talking to them last week.. The regional rep informed me that I could get my money back or have another car.. I said the only thing they have that I might consider is an RS4.. Both German guys shook their heads and said " you dont want THAT car at all.. its not so good". I didnt ask them to elaborate, but when two guys from the GMBH house tell an RS6 owner not to consider an upcoming new RS4, you have to take notice.
I would suggest anyone who is considering one of these to do some serious research before plopping down 80 big ones..
As far as my RS6 goes, I told them to keep trying to fix it as there is no other car I want and I really wish to have mine fixed ( since they would have to fix it anyway even if I let them buy it back, so they could resell it.)

Cars come with certain flaws, but no car would be so bad to the extent you wouldnt buy it. No manufacturer of any sort would sell goods when he knows its so bad he wouldnt buy it.

But hey you never know. I say its BS, but anything can happen. Does this come from a well respected member over there. IF so then it might be good to take it into consideraation.

Well it sounds crazy.. but then again.. many ppl say stupid things..
I see 3 options

1. They really feel that a person should not buy the car ( wich is wierd)
2. They dont want him as a costumer any more..
3. They are treated badly at audi and are about to change to AMG or M.. so they thought lets have some FUN..

RS6 owner or not, no dealership would ever not want to sell a customer a new car. No matter what he owned or wanted. If there's a buyer they will sell it.

In fact, I do not even thinks a particular dealer cares how good the car is. They just want to sell it and make $$$. No way Audi dealers will even say not to buy a certain car in their line-up.

Yes, but these were Audi techs from Germany saying this not car salesman or managers at a dealership.
