A5/S5/RS5 Audi RS5 Thread (Spy pics & info)

The Audi A5 is a series of compact executive and grand touring coupé cars produced by Audi. Production: 2007-
RS5 will feature Audi’s quattro drive and a 4.2-liter V8 that powers current RS4. Power will be at 450 hp (S5 has 453 hp).

That can't be right! Surly Audi are not going to but the same engine in it as the Rs4 with the same power unless they are turbo charging or supercharging it:t-hands::t-banghea

And three less more bhp that the S5!

Think GloBul Motors need to get there figures right:usa7uh:

Love it. :icondrool

The air intakes under the front lights are fake as we've seen in other Audi models?

(sorry if this question has been asked before)

whats the estimate price for the audi RS5?

We all know that Audi don't sell their RS cars for cheap. The S5 is 50k compared with the M3 Coupe sold at 57k. Very premium pricing we're talking about and I suspect the RS5 will have similar prising to the new CLK AMG, a little more high end than the M3.

The RS4 was an absurd 72k when it launched and the RS5 is bound to be 5-8k more than that.

Can anyone put some data about rs5 b8. Like hp, 0-100 in s an that kind of information!!! thanks

Audi AG is a German automotive manufacturer of luxury vehicles headquartered in Ingolstadt, Bavaria, Germany. A subsidiary of the Volkswagen Group, the company’s origins date back to the early 20th century and the initial enterprises (Horch and the Audiwerke) founded by engineer August Horch (1868–1951). Two other manufacturers (DKW and Wanderer) also contributed to the foundation of Auto Union in 1932. The modern Audi era began in the 1960s, when Volkswagen acquired Auto Union from Daimler-Benz, and merged it with NSU Motorenwerke in 1969.
