I don't like the cabriolet because it doesn't have the nice sport seats, and because I never liked the A4/S4 cab to begin with. I guess maybe Audi thought they could get a few extra buyers that may have gotten an E90 M3 cab when it came out. I just don't see most convertibles as sporting in nature (there are exceptions), so for the top of the line sporting version of the A4, a convertible seems inappropriate.

More than likely the cab. will be out of production by the time the E93 M4 arrives, so that is a non factor. What Audi has over a lot of other cars on the market is desirability. Thanks to the fine detailing of the interior and exterior as well as top shelf engineering. All of which the brand is known for.

This is a small detail but did anyone else notice that both the Avant and Cab have power rear windows, no longer the hand crank like on the Sedan.

I haven't. But it was about time. Probably they got a lot of complaints.
