In involving ourselves in the Audi dynasty we all have one car that motivates our devine loyalty. There is a car that fills our passion for Audi. We may general like their entire line up, but there is one car that brings our focus that makes us the Audi fans we are today. Please tell everyone your favorite Audi that is currently in production. Please feel free to post a picture and give DETAIL reason why it's your favorite.

Also if you feel it is absolutely necessary, please feel free to post your runner up for those who have a hard time deciding.

Remember Current production cars:

My Pick: The Audi A5(S5)

Photo:

My reason: The A5 really has excited me. I have never seen such an elegant mid-size coupe look so good. Every thing fits well with me in the design. I love the creative interior and the headlights are very unique. I really want to purchase this car. I love the S5 package, but the regular A5 looks just as good. Really happy with the overall finished product.

Runner up: The A8

I would also pic the A5 cause it's elegant and yet dynamic.

Audi TT, A8 , S3 and Q7 are among my favorite as well as Allroad and RS4.:D

BTW i use the image you have above as a desktop for my PC (i have a wallpaper size of it of course).

I dont like large cars and would never buy a large luxury car but A8 gets my vote, particulary S8. The car looks darn good, its fast and comfortable just like a luxury car should be.
In a swedish carmag they tested S8 vs E63 around a track and the S8 had the best laptime :eek2: Not bad for a luxury car.

This is hard, but for now I might have to call a tie between the A3 and the new TT.

The A5 is compelling, and I can't wait to see one IRL, but I don't believe the car does anything tremendously special aside from looking good and flying the banner of Audi.

The TT and A3 are "especially Audi" products that speak to the brand's core competencies and accomplish their goals in a way that is distinguished from the competition.

The TT shows us that light-weight really is the new horsepower, and delivers a very high level of decorum with tons of standard features and offers AWD where others don't. The A3 makes a stand for "true" luxury in a small package, with an interior that is barely inferior to its upmarket cousins and some class leading optional equipment.

I like all the Audis right now, but I think the A3 and the TT are the most distinguished when we look at what they offer vis-a-vis the luxury competition.

I am eager to see what flavor of "Audiness" the next A4 is going to serve up. I'm guessing class-leading interior space.

once again not sure if im allowed to vote..

but my vote goes to
the A8..
cause its just so sleek and great..
i love the design..i love the quality..and most of all i love the S8

R8

Why? Because this is the last car I ever expected Audi to build.
What could be cooler than a mid engine V8, Porsche 911 rival with Audi electronics, Audi quality and futuristic styling?

Runner up: B7 RS4

MK2 TT, top performance and more content for less money than a Porsche Cayman(though the latter has much better handling), and the better package between itself and its more compromised competitor. Beyond that, in comparison to the bigger A5, it's the better pick because it has more style and equal or better performance/handling(3.2 A5 and lesser), and it doesn't have s stupid tilt-only sunroof, it does without. If you're going to have a sunroof at all, you might as well have one that goes all the way back like a normal sunroof or none at all.

S8 for me with the R8 and RS4 very close behind. If the RS6 and RS5 were out then it would all be changed around

Ok, so I see everyone is going w/ their fantasy picks. In that case, hands down, R8.

Very easily (for this year) the S8. Until I see the S5 and R8 on a dealers lot to really "look" at them outside of an autoshow. Haven't seen a S5 in person at all yet.

Audi S8, especially in black or dark grey which the chrome mirrors and front grill, the dual tailpipes... :icondrool

IMO Audi proved with this car (A8) that they reached the same level as BMW and Mercedes. After the release of the A8, a whole load of new models arrived, which are real competitors in their class. The A8 however remains my favourite, due to its discrete styling and elegant looks. The interior is great too.

Runner-up: Audi Mk2 TT Cabrio, dark grey with tan leather interior... sexxxy...

RS4 Avant. White with black leather.

Avants are the coolest wagons in the world and cooler that a white RS4 Avant you can't get.
Sounds utterly astonishing
Exceptional quattro all-wheel drive engineering
The finest driver's Audi yet made with more than two doors
"Watch this Gran..."
Fairly practical as a family conveyance too

There are no words to describe how I feel about the RS4:icondrool

Exactly what I would say. Including the colour and everything. No doubt, the RS4, I'll take no other Audi.

Audi

Audi AG is a German automotive manufacturer of luxury vehicles headquartered in Ingolstadt, Bavaria, Germany. A subsidiary of the Volkswagen Group, the company’s origins date back to the early 20th century and the initial enterprises (Horch and the Audiwerke) founded by engineer August Horch (1868–1951). Two other manufacturers (DKW and Wanderer) also contributed to the foundation of Auto Union in 1932. The modern Audi era began in the 1960s, when Volkswagen acquired Auto Union from Daimler-Benz, and merged it with NSU Motorenwerke in 1969.
