The Audi A4 – the powerful, elegant saloon with its attractive H&R running gear package - has just become even more dynamic. The H&R suspension kit gives the saloon that extra sporty touch and the 35 mm drop makes for improved driving dynamics. A suspension kit is also available for the S-Line package. Ground clearance here is approx. 25 mm less than for standard models.
The ex works deliverable 18 and 19 inch rims fill out the wheel-houses perfectly and complete the dynamic side view. This doesn’t make the tightened running gear difficult to handle, on the contrary it offers top road contact – even on surfaces that aren’t 100% even.
The Lennestadt-based running gear specialist offers monotube screw thread running gear for even more agile handling. This can then only be topped by adding the optional H&R sport stabilizers. This gives the A4 an even more dynamic drive, almost as if you’re driving a compact sports car. At this configuration level, the A4 takes curves with a precision that’ll take your breath away.
What’s more, the H&R TRAK+ aluminum wheel spacers allow you to offset the centrifugal force created with every change of direction. The wide tread reduces over and understeer of the smart vehicle even further.
The weight-saving of up to 70% compared to traditional steel spacers keeps the unsprung weight to a minimum. H&R thus perfectly rounds off Audi’s new running gear concept and provides the final extra visual flourishes to the attractive A4.
