Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf reports that Aston Martin is interested using Lexus engines to power future models.
The LFA’s V10 is mentioned specifically, though I would be surprised to see the Yamaha-built engine in anything other than a Lexus. Also suggested is a V8, and although an exact engine isn’t specified, the best guess would be the IS F’s 416hp 5.0L .
(The two companies do have an existing relationship — Aston Martin currently sells a modified version of the Toyota iQ city car, and Toyota President Akio Toyoda & Aston Martin CEO Dr. Ulrich Bez have raced together at Nürburgring in the past.)

I like but I'm not sure. I'd still say no, Lexus/Yamaha is exclusive, to good to be shared with others. Even Lotus wanted that engine for the no-more coming Esprit, but Toyota refused, so they worked or maybe yet work on their in-house built NA 4.8l V8. I'd bet even BMW would like to get Lexus' NA 4.8l V10 for its coming supercar. Toyota can't give away what made its image.
