With a very laconic press release, counting just 37 words, Wiesmann announced that the brand is fully operational again, pulling out of bankruptcy. Wiesmann originally filed for bankruptcy in August 2013 in the Münster District Court in Germany, following troubles with the brand's various creditors. Now, the company's management team has filled for a dismissal of the bankruptcy proceedings, yet no details were published about how this was managed.

In any case, this is great news for both the iconic manufacturer and us, car fans. Since 2006, the company originally founded in 1985 by Martin and Friedhelm Wiesmann, has been producing the MF Coupe and Roadster, using BMW engines and transmissions, a car with unique and undeniably beautiful design.
