Yeah, you're absolutely right there. But I made a 180 when I saw the white version. White and aluminum go well together. White and black (like the iPhone 3 in white) looks bad....which makes me think, the iPhone 4 is black from behind too....hmmm.....

I have a big mouth and strong opinion, but I am not stubborn and I am the first one to admit it when I am wrong

Same here, still rocking the 2G. The fact that is does things now so painfully slow has conditioned me to use it less and less, and now i see the light. I do not have to be constantly on the phone all day, doing this and that. I have discovered so much free time . (However, it is a heck of a bathroom magazine replacement)

The White didn't seem to draw too much hype.. i don't know but i think the iphone4 is "becoming" boring... i think it might be a wrong strategy for Apple to release the white now in a bid to revive the interests in the i4, and not replacing it until 2012. I mean, come on, at least change something, improve the chip and ram by 10%, call it 4S or something and i'd replace my 3GS with it.

The 5th gen iphone is definitely coming this September. With the dual core A5 chip already being mass produced, its just a matter of time before ipad2 hardware trickles down into a Apple phone.

^^ Yeah and the iPad with A5 chip is still slmmer than the iPhone 4 with A4 chip, so thicker than iPhone 4 it won't be. iPhone 4 pretty much is the limit imo. iPod touch size for iPhone 5 would be best obviously. I have an iPod Touch and it's just amazingly thin and cool looking. Much better than the phone right now imo.
