Yep...sure feels like it. Hopefully it will keep me until the iPhone 6 or maybe if they do an iPhablet in April or something. I've been itching for a big screen Apple phone for a while now.

Even a static wallpaper moves very subtly in the background when you move the phone - pretty cool.

That is very cool indeed.
The dynamic backgrounds not so much though. I had those on my 2000 Nokia already. Totally unimpressive.
iOS7 is pretty great so far imo. It pretty much feels like I have a new phone. Though I have to say, on occasions, it's harder to read the screen than before. And because of the 2D design on the new interface, info needs more space to be seen and that means more scrolling.

Indeed! I decided to not order the new 5S after this update.
P.S. The resolution fix bug for your own wallpapers, is killing me. Apple, fix this!

Agreed for sure. It's full with small little lovely details. For instance, I'm on my phone now and if I want to go to the previous page I simply swipe. I only just now find out about this 
Looking backwards, the previous design was pretty outdated compared to what we have now. But you only realise this when you start using the new OS/interface
