In a German Mercedes Benz Forum the owner lately sold a C63SE with 130k miles, he drove the car almost all the time full throttle on the German autobahn, apart from a failed battery because of production error at the beginning , nothing has failed.
The M139 is obviously surprisingly reliable.

True i always hear people having negative energy about it because it’s a 4cylinder but they really don’t realise how powerful & strong these things are. Forged motor from factory

What would it take to swap the M177 LS2 in the C63se? A Different ECU? What else?
