^^^^^^^ And the Lincoln Town Car rides like a dream...better than anything German. Problem starts when you turn the wheel, it handles like a greased whale, and the live-axle suspension out back can't handle a bump and a turn at the same time. Really, really primitive chassis, but hey the livery/cab/police sector loves the old RWD/solid-axle Fords.

That's cuz they are cheap as hell. I'll agree, the ride in one of those is REALLY nice, that's why all the old folks own those cars. LOL

I wasn't comparing the Town Car to the S-class driving dynamics. I am talking about size. I actually use to own a 1991 Lincoln Town Car and the car was great. Lincolns are build for comfort not for track or Autobahn driving. Nice quiet ride!

^^^I never said you were....just giving our Euro readers some info on our local beasts.

That guy sounds like kid trying to sell a vacuum cleaner, reading from it's instructions manual :D

I thought the styling of the Camaro would do it for me, but the cheap as hell, ugly interior does the car in for me. The Challenger is still brutal looking and has a decent interior, but I'm told it handles like a boat. So my choice is the most powerful of the 3 and the most complete one of the bunch...and not a bad looker by any means....the Mustang GT500.

You want a beast, why get a town car when you can get this!

Mercury Marauder :D

I spotted one of those here recently... not bad for a personal import, some of the US-spec junk I've seen around makes me wonder why they've bothered.

Maybe their not available in your area, but you should try them out (If you ever visit the states).

The Mustang and the Challenger are only available from specialist importers in Europe. I've seen quite a few Mustangs around (not the 2010 model though) but no Challenger yet. I remember reading the Camaro was supposed to be officially available in Europe in 2010 but we'll see about that.

The interior as a whole might not be that inspiring, look at those round little buggers, those just under the monocrome dispaly, I can only think of sad boobs... but, on the other hand, the instrument cluster, looks just like in the old Z4, and that can't be a bad thing, can it?
