Man sues himself for hitting his own car:cwm1: :cwm1: :bangin:

Curtis Gokey’s car was hit by a Lodi city dump truck. And he’s suing the city hall for damages to his car. The only thing is, he is a city hall employee and he was the one driving the dump truck. After failing to sue himself to get the city council to pay, his wife Rhonda Gokey sued instead. The amount being claimed is USD$4,800.

The USA is certainly getting weirder each day. And I thought suing McDonalds for serving hot coffee was ridiculous enough.

Many lawyers are bad, very bad. People like Larry H parker and "Accidentes" are parisites. People feel that if they get fired or crash into something they have the right to sue the company what ever the cause might be. For instance my dad fired a guy who told a customer to F*** off, and the guy sued the company, accusing my dad of being an "anti-semite". The problem with insurance companies is that they continue to simply settle so they dont have pay lawyer expenses which encourages more silly law suits. So instead, he payed for a lawyer himself who happened to be Jewish to fight this guy and make sure he didnt get any money for such a stupid claim. My dad felt pretty PO'd to be accused of being anti semetic.....So thats just a personal experience i thought Id share.

The problem is that too many people want something for nothing...

Yep, I seen that report. I couldn't believe what people called in for.

One woman called 911, when the operator asked what was the emergency, she said she wanted to know how to make meatballs. The operator was like "This is an emergency line" and the woman was like "This is an emergency" :t-crazy2:
