But it was so unfair... a poor restricted M6 against the 997 Turbo on a short drag race.
Now just imagine if it would have been a long drag race and derestricted M6. Well, would have hate to have been in the Turbo's shoes, argh...tyres.

Derestricted isn't modded. And thru factory it isn't cheating.

50-250 the turbo should be 1 sec faster

Derestricted isn't modded. And thru factory it isn't cheating.

I don't know why or how it is restricted but I'm sure the factory had a pretty good reason to do so. The are the settings and we should race by following them.

A derestricted M6 on a 50 to 250 might win or not, but on a longer drag race it will beat the 997 Turbo.

like I said before, the blue GT2 and Z06 was the fastest cars that day. The 997TT was one of the top cars too, Z06 and 997TT never had the chance to race but my guess the Z06 would be slightly ahead.
