Since March 2005 bmw has built 250.000 cars. The anniversary vehicle is a alpine-white three-door BMW 118d.
Beside the BMW 3er Sedan and the three-door BMW 1er, the new BMW 1er Coupé is in the future being manufactured in Leipzig.
5.200 persons employed. Approximately 650 to 700 vehicles/day.
