Absolutely horrible

Not a single car brand in the world has a design language as forced as Peugeot. Forced, and not fitting the brand at all which might be even worse. Counts for both the interior and exterior.

Passive agressive yet very lame with absolute zilch that sets it apart.

I long for the days of clean beautiful no nonsense designs again:

Also the illuminated rear logo, or in this case, a whole word (Peugeot) is kitsch AF. I think Audi started this. I find these design cues offensive, as it feels like the car's owner wants to flash you his/her car's badge. It reminds me of clothing items with huge logos, that are there only for other people to see that you can buy expensive clothes.

100% agree. Not only this car, and the whole Peugeot design language is bad to begin with, this FL adds the design cues every other brand is incorporating right now: Split head-lights, front light bar and no brand logo on the rear end but just the name of the company.

On the contrary, I think it's very good, very distinctive Peugeot and modern for today's buyer, with the design formula of their highly successful SUVs. It's an alternative to German designs and something to turn heads on the street unlike their bland sedans of the last two generations.
An engaging and driver-focused interior, very sporty; I wouldn't mind having it.

But perhaps it's a bit overloaded with features

Peugeot

Peugeot is a French brand of automobiles owned by Stellantis. Founded in 1810, Peugeot is regarded as the oldest car company in the world. On 20 November 1858, Émile Peugeot applied for the lion trademark. Armand Peugeot (1849-1915) built the company's first car steam tricycle. They joined forces with Léon Serpollet in 1886; this was followed in 1890 by an internal combustion car with a Panhard-Daimler engine.
