americans might not understand, but in europe v class is a luxury van, often used as VIP shuttle. in china vans are also luxurious. lexus most expensive car, discounting the no more sold lfa, is the lexus lm, a lexus version of the toyota vellfire.

It seems to be aftermarket, but the details, such as the grill are very well made in their craftsmanship so I do not know what it is.
