Ha! That aerial shot in 0:08 to 0:12 - that's my childhood neighbourhood, my old stomping ground!
The hill on the right with the small tower on it is Observatory Hill (there used to be an old telescopic observatory up there) and the park in the bottom right is Bezuidenhout Park.
This shot looks west toward Johannesburg along Bez Valley.
For folks who live in LA, NYC or London, seeing their 'burbs in the movies must be so "meh" these days - but for us little ol' Joburgers, it's a pretty cool thing.
