Whenever I see an E92/E90 M3 in real life, the huge rear fender flares and the wide stance always make me drool. And if you look in the video of an E92 M3 following the RC-F coupe, actually the RC-F coupe stance and fender flares make the E92 M3 look tame. That really says something about the stance and width of the car.

I disagree the E92M has huge rear fender flares, and that is IMO its weak point. E82M is just what it should be, and I'm glad BMW has fixed this issue with the F8XM.

I like everything but the price... > USD$100K is too steep.

It will get beaten badly at that 100K price by more purpose built cars. If this is a M4 competitor it needs to be 60-70K.

Yep. Same old story of doing direct conversions without taking into consideration the price, taxes and other differences between the markets.

Just read, the $100K price is Australian price tag, which I think means it will be priced very well in US/Canada considering an E92/E90 M3 costs $170,000 in Australia.

I think that is the M4's most serious rival. But next C AMG will very likely step up so as next RS5. Lexus and specially BMW have CF advantage.

The styling may need to be toned down some. It looks like Lexus is trying to make a Black Series type of vehicle, but that render looks terribly overdone.

It is not like the M4 isn't "Black Seriezed". On BPost quite many think the M4 is overdone. I love it that way. I'm quite sure the RC-F will look that way to. It will make the standard RC boring, just as the standard 4 Series looks boring.

Clearly you haven't seen a Black Series in person. The M4 doesn't even approach that, at least in pictures.

I see many C 63 AMG Coupé Black Series and the E92 M3 has no chance in looks. M4 does, it is alot more aggressive and wide. Of course I have not seen the M4 yet. I wish I could go the Frankfurt, but it is no more that near to me.

I saw a couple of C63 AMG BS last month in Marbella. I was like "FUUUUCKKKK!!!"

Seriously, it doesn´t sound, it screams. I can´t imagine what a proper C-Coupe BS can be.
