I don't know about this car. The CL roofline is there like before, but the ends look too droopy and the side profile looks like its going to be saggy.

It's really hard to tell anything at all other than the overall shape in the way of the side prof. because there is still a lot of camo on the car. Does anyone know when the actual release is or is it still anyones guessi?

I would say March at Geneva. CL always follows the new S by about 6-7 months.

NEW PICS! No real clues on the interior.... Looks like it's gonna be like the S though

Thanks PhyBenz, no ESF behind the steering wheel, and no floor shifter for manual? I dont get it, and the side profile from the end of the door and back is terrible. :eusa_doh:

I dont know how you guys say its good looking...

noticed something!
The CL will have similar turn signals to the ML's: horizontal below the light units.

I think it will look great!

I think I noticed something too. Does it look like it has a raised trunk lid much like Volvos S60 only toned down a lot. The wheel arches seem obvious.
I think the new CL will definitely be a looker from the back, I'm not too sure yet about the side profile.

I met the owner of that car, really cool guy. Came out to one of the local meets we have at the last Sunday of every month. He let me sit in the car too.

This is kind of a nerdy thing to point out but the headrests remain the same on the next CL as seen in the new pics. I only wish that were the case with the new W221. It would have been nice if they kept those unique headrests, but dah well. Here I am rambling about head rests!!

any new pictures of the upcoming cl - I tryed to find but i couldnt...

New pictures

In the fifth picture, there's a current CL parked next to the new S-class.
That's a nice photo for comparison.

hey man i know it now.. this car will be HOT.. as hell.. i cant wait.. when is the release ??
geneva?

i dont know how they get the CL to drive in that snow/ice. My car is completely useless in that weather. It spins out at 10mph.

And again, the car is very bland and not interesting. I cant see how they feel thats a good replacement. The AMG version better be the sh*t. Otherwise this is very sad.

The only really bland thing I see is the nose design. I believe when the tape comes off the body design will live up to the MB promise of, elegant designs continued.

The CL63 and CL65 should have the same front spoiler design as the S65.
That should take good care of the bland front end.

I`m also sure MB will offer a sport package with the CL500.
