Did u race him ?Im sure you would win.

We didn't really race, but i took off in the left lane and he merged behind me, but i got up too about 120mph or so, and he was just falling back with every moment i looked in the rear view.... i dont think he was racing, but i think he tried to keep up when i took off (which didn't happen). BTW this is the first one i ever saw on the roads/person.

It really looks amazing in real life though, alot of detail on that car.... it was a NJ plate "Hippy ..." something. Older gentleman probably in his late 40's. I really wouldn't mind driving one, it is really beautiful.

Yeh i love the car it was my all time favorite.... finally got my own....

The FX comes with 20" wheels with the sport package along with many other things.... so those are standard but on the 45 and the sport packages. Thanks i also got a 2001 Suzuki GSX-R 750 all custom with mods, and over 158hp off the rear wheel. Topped it at 184mph. Here's a pic...

Plus i have had quite a collection of cars, i just dont want to make a mess of the thread by posting lots of pics. 360Modena, Audi S4, BMW 528i, '88 Mustang 'vert GT. Just too mention a few... i have pics... here's a good one...

Alx, one question about what was your overall experience while on the road with the 360.. not the engine, nor the speed, or style; pretty simple, did you have problems parking it? did you get people orbiting around the whole time? even while driving as to not being able to pass them because cars were orbiting around you and checking you out all the time? what was the drivers reactions towards you, the driver of a Ferrari 360 Modena?

I visited the local Ferrari dealer when they had come out with this baby and the overall feeling was amazing! The fit and finish was impecable, the interior detail truly worth its value. They told me I could choose colors even for the leather trim around the seats, even bring my own color samples, the works. Like getting a custom tailored Brioni suit with your name on it. Amazing... bella macchina.

Funny.... Well, while i was in the car with my fiance, a HOT young girl driving an A8 blew me a kiss while we were standing at a light in opposing traffic. That was pretty nice .
As for people orbiting around while i drove that didn't really happen, but what i hated was that every Cargo Van, minivan, car wanted to race. It was really annoying and rediculous, a guy actually blew out his tire trying to race with me on Rt.80 in a E-Class.
Parking wasn't an issue becasue i parked it on hydrants/bus stops in front of where ever i was going inside off. People were taking pictures of it as i would come out to make sure its still there. Asking questions like "How fast is it? Can you do a burnout? Whats the fastes you ever got it too? " I liked the attention so i stayed and talked to everyone .
When we went for dinner they parked it in front of the restaurant anyway so that was fine. My neighbors all loved it, my fiance got many questions and compliments and co-workers loved it. It was a great experience, i really love the car too.... My all time favorite car!
As for other drivers (other than the hot girl) guys didn't want to stare i guess they didn't want it to seem like they were all into it (ego). Me personally, i stare and give thumbs up at cars i like and apprecaitte and dont care what other people think.

How about some new rims ... ? well what i've seen and liked is the CLS 55 rims on a stock CL55 .. it looked great .. since they are 19s and they fit the car quite well ..

i was looking into rims, but cant seem to find any i really like. Either thier too old looking, or too Tuner like. And i really like the rims on thier now, but i wouldnt get the same ones just to exceed in size. I've been searching wheels for a while, just cnat find anything im really in love with . I'm open too suggestions, perhaps some pics?

Have you looked into getting the rims off the CL65AMG, they are well nice IMO, work well with the car!

and as for CL 65 rims .. IMO they are not that different from ur current rims ..

i was asking for nay pics of rims people thought would be nice....

as for the 65 rims, though like them, i wouldn't buy them. Too much $$$ for rims that are 1" bigger and gray centered. If i was getting wheels i would go aftermarket.

If they aren't too expensive you should get the brabus rims. I have seen them on a E500 and they look stunning. They are more of less the best after market rims for a Benz. Although they look good they are probably a bit pricey. Once I went to my MB dealer and I saw a 1.6K price tag on ONE chromed roll bar for the SLK.

Simply stunning! I love the 360!

Im actaully thinking to get one this upcoming spring till the winter... will see how it pans out... if not, i will keep my car till the next winter and pick up somehting AWD, perhaps the A8.
