My memory only goes back so far, but I'm pretty sure my dad owned a couple of Mustangs in the 60's, a Jaguar, and some Saabs.

Of note, he owned several Porsches, not simultaneously:

Black 911 Carrera (About 19 years ago) So in a 11 year span I guess. I could look up the exact models during this time and ask my folks to dig up old pics after Finals Week hehehe. Many of the were European Delivery, and thats how we got into German Cars.

After that, we did alot of Mercedes bceause of our business.

It IS tragic James! My grandfather (mum's father) still suffers sugnifical brain injury while grandma (mum's mother) and her brother (mother's again) were killed. They were driving around 120-130km/h and a truck just hit them. His fault. But two deaths are two deaths. My uncle had borrowed the car for that day...

1983 Saab 900 very used Dad drove it when he spent 9 months in German for the Navy
Heat did not work, a/c did not work, died when it rained. When we went out to visit him we were out shopping when the exhaust fell off. It was the loudest car I have every heard on the road, it also lots all acceleration which made it interesting when we made a wrong turn and got onto the Autobahn tring to get home. It did get up to about 55MPH in a few miles.

Well let me see, as far back as I can remember:

1971 Plymouth Duster - (this car stayed in the family via another family member for years. It was yellow, will never forget it.)
1981 Buick Regal - (hated this trouble-prone, weakling of a car)
1983 Buick LeSabre - (my father's favorite car of the last 20 or so years, he never got over trading it, and I have to admit I loved this car too during those years)
1987 Nissan Maxima - (later became my first car)
1989 Pontiac Bonnieville SSE - (the car I loved so much during H.S.)
1993 Honda Accord SE
1999 Infiniti G20

My father had other cars before the 83' LeSabre, but I forget what they were since I was so little at the time. There were a couple of pretty huge Pontiacs in there, a Parisienne maybe. The Plymouth was my moms (her first car) as was the 81 Regal. The 81' Regal was a pretty car, but boy was it junk. Weak engine that always seemed to run hot from day one.
