''perlblau'' was the name of this colour (code 348)
and with ''marinenblau'' (code 262) interieur and the bright wood trim ''zebranno'' it looked realy elegant..

You bought it new or second hand ?
In the late 90s my father was driving a 420 but i think it was black on black.
Yours is very handsome. If you know where I can find the same color scheme and to be available to purchase... I'll be glad

i bought it second hand for 4.000 EUR in year 2008...i dont know where you could finde the same color sheme.. i know that my friend (who bought this car from me 1 year ago) now needs money and sells it for 2.800 EUR...

Ahhh...the W140....the Panzer Benz, a bunker on wheels. Still looks the part for its time.

aha ok, oh i sold an W140 alredy to bugarska (sofia!) but it was an S 300 TD (1996)

Yap in Bulgaria people love those cars. You can see a lot of S and 7 series on the streets and less C and 3er.
