That depends on what you mean with better. S4 has better space interior, cheaper price, lower ownership. But the Porsche is faster, better handling and more involving to drive. So "better" is in the eye of the beholder.

Those two would be a great mix, the Porsche for fun and the S4 for everyday-use.

You all know which one i would take. But honestly, i don't really like these comparisons because sports cars lose out to sports sedans because of practicality. It's just a little illogical if you ask me.

I;m surprised they aren't comparing the RS4 and Carrera 4S, they are closer in price terms, and power to weight ratios!

I agree, not sure what they see that makes these 2 vehicles comparable, except that they're kind of bored, so they just compare and publish this to fill up some pages.

Maybe it's a just a comparo for future reference when they compare the RS4 (unless they already have).

I'd take the Porsche here, (but sell it and get some BMW).
