Revised styling, added performance
AC Schnitzer has introduced a new tuning program for the BMW 6-Series Gran Coupe.
Starting with the exterior, the model has been equipped with a front spoiler, a rear bumper insert and additional chrome trim. There's also a sports exhaust system, high performance brakes and a variety of wheels in sizes ranging from 19- to 21-inches.
Interior pictures were not released, but the cabin can be outfitted with a sport steering wheel, aluminum pedals, an aluminum iDrive knob and velour floor mats.
For added performance, the 640i can be tuned to produce 360 PS (264 kW / 355 hp) instead of the usual 320 PS (235 kW / 316 hp). Likewise, the 640d can be massaged to develop 360 PS (264 kW / 355 hp) - an increase of 47 PS (35 kW / 46 hp).
