Wow what's an old Dune Buggy doing in Munich?



It looks like a Meyers Manx Dune Buggy or a knock-off replica.
These were very inexpensive kit cars built on modified (and recycled) old VW platforms fitted with fiberglass bodies for having fun around the beach or dunes in California circa 1970s.

He is still alive and is working on two new cars that should come out in a year or two...

Good question. It looked like a standard R230 SL to me that was modified. That's my best guess. Maybe even an SL600?
