That's pure comedy. Unless you're enjoy pleasuring European men named Gunther or Dietrich, I suggest not calling a fellow driver "Germany boy". What the sheriff meant to say is "I will personally violate you"
I had a similar experience in the US when I studied in Orange Country. Busted for speeding I had a small argument with quite an arrogant biker cop rocking aviators glasses and a Rolex submariner. It went a bit like this:
Cop: Do you know how fast you're driving?
Me: I have no idea sir.
Cop: License and registration please.
Me: Here you go.
Cop: What's this?
Me: It's a Swedish license driver.
Cop: But you're in California! You should have a Californian license
Me: I know sir, but my Swedish license is fully valid here.
Cop: No it's not.
Me: Yes it is.
Me: I have translation papers in the boot. Lemme go grab them*Grab door handle to open door*
Cop: STAY IN THE CAR!!!!!!!!!!!
I didn't want to confess nor pay the fine so the matter was escalated to traffic court
