C-Class (W202) W202 C180 with C200 engine?

Hi guys, just a question.

My dad's going to buy a 1994 C180 Exclusive. It IS a C180, but my fathers boss says it's a 2,0 litre with 136 hp. Normally, the C180 is powered by a 1,8 l, 122 hp engine. And every part of the car is original!

My question: did Merc built C180's with 2,0 litre engine or maybe there's something wrong with that car?
