944 Video: Testing the Bosch air flow meter of the 944 Turbo

The Porsche 944 is a sports car manufactured by Porsche from 1982 until 1991. A front-engine, rear-wheel drive mid-level model based on the 924 platform, the 944 was available in coupé or cabriolet body styles, with either naturally aspirated or turbocharged engines.
Hi,

The video shows the inspection of the air flow meter in a Porsche 944 Turbo in the installed condition. In addition to the simply checking of the temperature sensor with an ohmmeter, the signal of the flap opening is displayed and examined with an oscilloscope. Air flow meters were very common in the early injection systems from Bosch, which were installed by many manufacturers in their vehicles. So the video fits a great variety of models.
