Every 6 years or 60,000 miles we have to replace the spark plugs of our Mercedes, that's requiring of Mercedes maintenance booklet. So let's replace the spark plugs for my six years E350 (M276). In the MB repair booklet, there is a step to remove the intake manifold, in order to remove the ignition coil easily. But that must replace the intake plenum gasket, that'd spend another a hundred bucks and more time. So follow this video, you might save that bucks and time to replace all of six spark plugs.

The Mercedes-Benz W212 is the fourth generation of the E-Class range. It is the successor to the W211 E-Class. Body styles: four-door sedan/saloon (W212) and five-door estate/wagon (S212). Coupé and convertible models of the W212 E-Class generation are W204 C-Class based and known as the C207 and A207, replacing the CLK-Class (C209 and A209) coupé and cabriolet.
