I thought all the owners sign a contract with Ferrari before purchase, stating their cars will not be sold privately. This FXX on Ebay will not get any technical support from the Ferrari race team, and the owner will not be able to participate in any future Ferrari FXX events, but i suppose he will still have fun somewhere else.
