911 Top Gear: Porsche GT2 RS

The Porsche 911 model series (pronounced Nine Eleven or in German: Neunelf) is a family of German two-door, high performance rear-engine sports cars, introduced in September 1964 by Porsche AG of Stuttgart, Germany.
Yeah, I seen it Sunday night, but what's with Tanner biting his tongue?

I'm glad Top Gear USA has been doing well.

Just watched this last night. The series is starting to have some traction, and the presenters are finding their own character, despite still seeming to borrow freely from their British counterparts.
The challenges are a bit lame, and the editing, while still good, pales in comparison to the original.

I missed it. Was it the season premiere??

What was the lap time around El Toro track??? The Stig must have run a lap around the track.

Sadly, they didn't take it around the track. You can look up a rerun or watch it on their website:

The best thing Top Gear USA could do for itself is to stop pretending to be like the UK one. Stop with the Jeremy-esque commentary, stop with the similar artistic camera angles and it will thrive on its own personality.

The GT2RS is just fantastic. I'd get it over a 458!

Thanks for posting the link the full episodes. That sucks they did not take it around El Torro. I am surprised.

They do seem to have some good cars lined up for this season. They also taped an episode for the Lexus LFA 2 months ago, which will be aired soon.

Yeah, I think the show is definitely gaining momentum and this review was different.
