Hi there.

I would like to know if you watch The Simpsons?
It's my defenite favorite show. I have all the DVD's that have been released, and I watch it several times a day. It's the one show that really makes me laugh, even when I have a bad day.

Do you like them? If yes, who is your favorite? Mine is defenitely Homer

Do you get Family Guy or Futurama there? Those are probably my current favorites. I think The Simpsons will be remembered as the all time best comedic/crude humored animation that also started the genre.

Yes we do, but I don't find them as amusing at all. + this new show "American dad" too. I haven't watched it that much. But when Simpsons are aired, Im always glued to the TV

Simpsons are great and I have watch the cartoon all my life. But ever since Family Guy came along Simpsons have suddenly become boring. Family Guy is a masterpeice, the jokes are so damn funny and more grown up than the ones said on Simpsons.

I like the Simpsons too, but I have seen so many episodes that sometimes I get bored with it. Family guy is very funny sometimes. I really like Ren and Stimpy too - really crazy. Have you guys seen Duckman - it was made in the mid 1990's - I quite liked that too.

I'm a fan, I have seen all episodes (starting from the Tracy Ullman show clips). However, I think the last few seasons have been a far cry from what the show used to be. They seem to be recycling the same basic plots without really coming up with anything that's really new.
I liked Futurama too, but I'm glad they stopped making it before they ran out of ideas.

I used to be a fanatic.. i used to love and watch them all the time.

But then they didn't stop when they should have... a good few years ago. I stopped watching because it was the same old stuff, barely funny. IMO they should have stopped the Simpsons, and developped Futurama, but alas.

Now I'm 100% converted to Family Guy, which takes it to the next level.

Exactly. Family Guy has revolutionsed the adult-cartoon-world. Though I have to sayt that one needs to have A LOT of general knowledge in order to understand the jokes makes in Family Guy.

I love Stewie and his plans about killing his mother ant taking over the world.

I find the newer episodes (Season 6 or so onwards) to be quite boring, but the older episodes are absolute gold.

As for other cartoons, Family Guy is definately up there with the best, Futurama is just trying to be a mildly disguised Simpsons, American Dad is just boring and not funny at all.

I do like Harvey Birdman and Aqua Teen Hunger Force though. Anyone watch those?

Yeah, I used to watch them all the time and knew almost every episode until some years ago when they just weren't funny anymore. Compare an episode in the early 90s to one today and there is just no contest to which is better. I can say now that I haven't seen an episode in at least a few years.

Yes, Family Guy and South Park are among the best cartoons on TV right now.

Used to watch The Simpsons a long time ago. I just got bored of it.
I read years ago that they were working on a new show where Bart and the rest grow up or something.
Bart was my favorite Simpson

OT:
BTW, don't know if anyone else here watched it, but I've been hooked on "Prison Break" (can't wait for the new season). The best TV show in a very long time. It's so good, Fox used to air last show before the new show airs (can't recall them doing that to another show)

I have season 1&2 on dvd of family guy and it doesnt matter how much I watch its still hilarious.
