ps TDA has featured a whole heap of VAG stuff, so far I've seen Golf TDI & GTI, Multivan V6 & Bentley FS & GT together.

Not anymore, VW Australia has solved the limited supply issue, now u can get one without the 3 to 9 months wait. The GTIs are popping up everywhere now. Seems like everyone from different age group and gender has one. I saw a old lady driving one a few days ago, so jealous of her.

Not anymore VGA solved the waiting issue & now GTI is 2nd top selling Golf behind TDI IIRC.

I think JC was right when he said GTI would save the world from SUV Mum Drivers, I saw a lady driving around the local college which is always full of SUVs & MPVs.

That's fantastic guys, we here in Singapore aren't so lucky. We're seeing a 6 month long wait for Golfs, not even GTIs because of a feud between the dealer and VW.

GTIs are even more common here than Golfs in 1.6FSI and 2.0FSI guise.

As for VW A-P I'm sure they're working on the situation

My jaws dropped to the ground when i saw this old lady approached a white GTI. At 1st i thought she was jumping into the passanger seat so her son can drive her around, but to my surprise, she popped into the driver seat and drove off.
