I bet you all have seen it, the striking Audi commersial where An A6 Quattro is pushing upwards on a very steep skiing ramp. Well sfour young men thought the sunts was so fantastic that they had to go through it themselves. So they sat themselves in a rusty Volvo 240 and drove the car on a 37 degree ski slope.
The way up went pretty smooth but on the way down one of the rear tires got punktured which resulted in the the car flipping backwards and getting wrecked. :D :D

PS Due to glass and metal all over the ski ramp the guys have been contected by the polis and will end up paying a huge sum of money to get the ramp cleaned up.

IDIOTS!!!!!!
lucky for them, they were in a volvo..
this is what tv commercials do to people... makes them think like they can do anything

I wish it was an Audi instead of a Volvo :D then we would know if the commercial was fake or not ;)

LOL how fun.. haha.. i would love to be there.. i would have laughed my self to an early death..haha

The commercial is true but what goes up must go down so safety precations were taken during the shooting.

I believe a cable was used so that the Audi could not roll backwards (or at least I heard this), but it did go up under its own power.

They could atleast have atempted this stunt in a XC90 or something. The 240 doesn't even have ABS, EPS or traction control.:eusa_doh:

Audi

Audi AG is a German automotive manufacturer of luxury vehicles headquartered in Ingolstadt, Bavaria, Germany. A subsidiary of the Volkswagen Group, the company’s origins date back to the early 20th century and the initial enterprises (Horch and the Audiwerke) founded by engineer August Horch (1868–1951). Two other manufacturers (DKW and Wanderer) also contributed to the foundation of Auto Union in 1932. The modern Audi era began in the 1960s, when Volkswagen acquired Auto Union from Daimler-Benz, and merged it with NSU Motorenwerke in 1969.
