Saab Spy shots: 2010 Saab 9-4X

Saab is close to completing development work on a new midsized crossover it plans to launch late next year. The new model will be called the 9-4X and according to Saab boss Jan Ake Jonsson it will be appearing at next year’s New York Auto Show. To spread development costs, the platform for the 9-4X will be shared with Cadillac’s next-generation SRX and both vehicles are expected to be manufactured at a plant in Ramos, Mexico.

Saab is constantly near the bottom of all reliability surveys and building the car in Mexico surely won't help the situation.
