The Porsche 991 is the seventh generation of the Porsche 911 sports car. Predecessor: Porsche 911 (997). Successor: Porsche 911 (992). Production: 2011-2019.
Both cars were driven by Christian Gebhart.

It looks like they were tested in different conditions. I would say the weather was in favor of the GT3.
Still yeah, the difference is a little too small imo.

Depends what you mean by "worth the difference". Even though the straight line acceleration numbers are not that different, the RS consistently has higher corner entry/exit speeds at Hockenheim, along with a significant 1 second advantage in laptime.
In addition to the better track performance, I'm sure some people prefer the more aggressive styling and wider rear end of the RS too.
