Hi,
the video shows a step-by-step tutorial for repairing the speedometer in the Porsche 944 S2 model 91. The usual mistake is that the speed is still displayed but neither the kilometer nor the distance trip meter are counting. After the instrument cluster has been removed, it is disassembled and the broken gears are located in the speedometer. By installing new gears , the fault has been corrected. After a brief functional test, the speedometer is placed back in the instrument cluster and the unit is installed in the vehicle.
As ususal, the video has a German soundtrack, but English subtitles are available on YouTube.
