I think you mean the Fiesta ST? Didn't PSA said the Sports-Department is put on ice for the moment? I could be wrong, too. I sadly have to admit though, but the VW GTI is not the dynamic benchmark right now :/ Maybe the upcoming Ibiza Cupra?

My eyes are drawn to the friendly shape of the rear door windows! Peugoet are on the roll with the 3008 and the 208 will travel in its slipstream. It the overall package: Price, design and tech is good it could be a formidable alternative to the near unbeatable VAG B-Segment hatchbacks.

I like french cars because of their funky and quirky style. This Peugeot looks fine, but just like @Forza mentioned, it looks like a smaller 308 which is very normal these days.

But isn't the style of the 308 considered old by now? the car has been around for 5 years. I thought that this new 208 will have sharper lines like the new 508 which is supposed to represent the new design language of the brand, unless the camo is hiding the details well.

You mean the Fiesta ST? It could do with the competition as the Polo GTI and Suzuki Swift Sport are the only worthy alternatives. Even then, the Polo GTI isn't as hot as it could be.

Oui Monsieur although I have an invite to the launch event in Munich ahead of the Mondial l'automobile. But they tell me that both M850i Cabrio and X7 will be shown privately.
Just as the IAA is about Germans. Paris is about the French. So the big three tend to dominate.
The sad thing about this year is that there are far more drop outs than before. Volkswagen are not displaying so Greenpeace need to quickly get a refund from Expedia. Time is almost running out.
