No really - I almost feel bad for her, because I think they asked a pretty hard question in the sense that it's hard to answer something like that without sounding mean spirited. What's hilarious is how she somehow goes haywire when she says "South Africa." She just completely dismantles her original thought and spirals into mad tirade about South Africa and Iraq.

I think any other girl would have sounded equally retarded trying to answer that question, but mentally imploding like that is just awesome.

I heard today she graduated high school with a 3.5+ gpa, and they had her on the today show so she could clear things up.

I don't think she's fine as hell. She's just cute. It's a beauty pageant which explains why she still made it as far as being the 3rd runner up after that stupid answer!

I was watching the Today show and she tried to justify her answer. Her response basically that she was overwhelmed and she only heard about one or two words of the actual question itself and misunderstood. When asked that question again she gave a well rehearsed yet generic answer.

All I have to say is that I recognize stupidity when I see it. She can say what she wants afterwards but you can't excuse yourself from your stupidity!

Well at least she remebered what she has rehearsed. This doesn't prove she is not stupid, but she does seem to have 1 functioning brain cell.
