Thanks to integrated services, the decision for a fully electric Mercedes-Benz is even more obvious and worthwhile: The luxury sedans EQS (incl. SUV) and EQE (incl. SUV) with their integrated maintenance service and extensive battery certificates now offer even more safety, functionality, comfort and long-term perspective ex works.
The standard maintenance service includes all necessary maintenance work (service scope A+B)* for a period of six years or a maximum of 90,000 km**, which includes, for example, changing the dust and cabin filters as well as replacing the brake fluid. Particular attention is paid to checking safety-relevant components and checking the function of the electrical components. Of course, only Mercedes-Benz original parts and special tools are used. With the included maintenance service, regular maintenance of the EQS (including SUV) and EQE models (including SUV) becomes even more transparent, plannable and convenient for vehicle owners.
The EQS (including SUV) and EQE (including SUV) battery certificates guarantee the longevity of the batteries and give customers long-term security when purchasing an electric model. For a total of ten years or up to a total mileage of 250,000 km (whichever comes first), Mercedes-Benz guarantees for EQS and EQE that the maximum battery capacity of the high-voltage battery is not less than 70 percent.
Mercedes-Benz therefore offers an important decision-making criterion for purchasing an electric car, especially for customers who are not yet familiar with the safety and longevity of lithium-ion high-voltage batteries. The long-term perspective of electric vehicles is also influenced by the fact that both the integrated maintenance service and the battery certificate can be transferred to subsequent owners if the vehicles are sold.
