Basically, the 520d is a better car than the E220d in everything except for the engine and the trunk space.

Mat Watson is currently my favourite car reviewer, I enjoy all his reviews.

At the beginning of the video I really thought he'd give the Merc a win. One thing is clear the quality of the BMW's interior is superior to the E class. The new R4 2.0L Diesel engines can't come soon enough.
